A top view of the external control box and the internal encoder box. The encoder box now contains a new keyboard encoder and a new joystick controller. I have removed the old X-Arcade encoder - it was unrelieable. Connections to the encoder box are 2 USB cables from the encoders, an audio output, a cable to the control box, the JAMMA harness cables to the joystick controls.
