MTV's Headbanger's Ball
Lineup:
Gang Green - didn't see them, I was busy drinking beers
Invocator - a few great ideas and generally ok, but no cigar
Suffocation - GRRRRUUOOOOUUUGGGRRRGGGRROOOWLHHH - zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Volbeat - tough one to review... They don't know which nearby horse to kill in a nasty manner. At first it is hardcore heavy, next up girly-pleasing power rock sing-a-long, add a bit of psychobilly and then shift back the focus to heavy again. The crowd obviously loved them. I'm not the crowd however. The rating below is for Volbeat only. They really need to make up their minds and decide which path they want to follow.
