This is a danish stoner-rock-band with roots in Kolding and Fredericia. I've known them for several years and I've actually been playing a demo cd of their previous album See The World Through Burning Red Eyes quite many times. I certainly liked it, but I never fell entirely in love with it. Funny thing is that now I've bought it on vinyl, it has re-entered top 5 on my playlist.
This new album Far Beyond Repair is really cool and it has been on replay on my Squeezebox, phone and turntable for nearly 14 days now. What really triggered it was seeing the guys perform it live at their release party at Raahuset in Copenhagen. They fucking rock like hell live and they are really skilled with their guitars and shit. I guarantee that you won't be disappointed if you go see them live, in fact I guarantee the opposite!
The new album has great melodies, the vocals have some danish accent to it, but it only makes it more charming and they are really great musicians. The production is very good, and the sound thru-out the album is thick and nasty and greasy and fat and massive. Go get your stoner on!
