The ultimate Prince collection? Nah, not at all. Disc one is a complete waste with badly edited single versions and strange choices that should have been replaced by other songs. If you are a Prince fan you already own all the songs in better versions anyway.
Disc two is what makes it interesting. You get 11 remixes or extended versions and even though many fans may have them on vinyl I'm sure they would like them on CD as well. Again the choices could have been better but what you get is ok and makes this release worth it's price - at least for fans.
What we can hope for is that WB releases yet another bunch of remixes later since there's still so many great extended Prince tunes to release on cd.
